Forged Cabin Hooks
Our forged cabin hooks are individually hand forged from mild steel by our expert blacksmiths, resulting in a very individual product. Often used to safely hold open doors and windows, such as french patio doors. Alternatively, they can be used to secure shutters in place and keep cupboard doors closed.
Our black finish is baked in a high-temperature oven giving it a durable corrosion resistant finish. It is resistant to moisture and can be used in bathrooms and damp conditions. This finish has been salt tested to 480 hours, which meets grade 5 British Standard. Wiping with a lightly oiled cloth from time to time will remove harmful deposits and maintain its original condition.
